Sparraukseen valitaan 10 osallistujaa, ja sparraukset toteutetaan tammi-helmikuussa 2025. Ilmoitamme valituille joulukuun loppuun mennessä.

Oletko pohtinut, miten herättää IT-alan rekrytoijien huomion?

Järjestän Mimmit koodaa -yhteisön jäsenille LinkedIn-profiilin sparraussessioita, joissa pureudutaan siihen, miten erotut edukseen IT-työmarkkinoilla. Tämän 20 minuutin session aikana saat konkreettisia vinkkejä ja opit katsomaan profiiliasi rekrytoijan näkökulmasta.

Tapahtumat on suunniteltu järjestettäväksi yksilöllisesti, eli kerrallaan keskitytään vain yhteen osallistujaan ja hänen LinkedIn-profiiliinsa. Näin voimme syventyä profiiliin paremmin ajan kanssa. Ajatuksena pitää tapahtuma keskustelevana ja pohtia yhdessä, mitä asioita profiilissa voisi tuoda esille.

Mitä sparrauksessa käydään läpi?

• Miten IT-alan rekrytoijat löytävät profiileja?
• Profiilin keskeiset osa-alueet: miten niitä kannattaa hyödyntää?
• Ydinosaamisen sanoittaminen
• Avainsanojen merkitys ja oman uratarinan kiteyttäminen.

Sparrauksia on tarjolla yhteensä 10 kpl – Ensimmäiset viisi tehdään 1.1-20.1. välillä ja loput helmikuun puolella.

Have you wondered how to catch the attention of IT recruiters?

I’m organizing LinkedIn profile sparring sessions for members of the Mimmit koodaa community, focusing on how to stand out in the IT job market. During these 20-minute sessions, you’ll get concrete tips and learn to view your profile from a recruiter’s perspective.

These sessions are designed to be individual, with one participant and we will go through one person and their Linkedin profile at a time. This way, we can dive deeper into the profile and take our time. The idea is to keep the session interactive and think about  what aspects of your profile could be highlighted.

What’s covered in the sparring session?

• How do IT recruiters find profiles?
• Key sections of your profile: how to make the most of them?
• Articulating your core skills.
• The importance of keywords and telling your career story.

There are 10 sparring sessions available – five between January 1st and January 20th, and the rest in February.
