Learn to explore problems with MVPs
When kicking off new projects, it’s easy to jump into big plans and solutions straight away. But sometimes it’s important to take a step back to fully understand the problem and what’s truly needed to get started. This is what MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) are a great tool for to help you prioritize your work.
MVPs are all about quick iteration, reducing risk and getting early feedback to make sure your solution addresses the problem in the right way. In order to get to the MVP you break down a problem into its core parts and work out what’s needed to do to get to the desirable result. It’s a tool often used in software development, but can help you focus on the most impactful things in all kinds of projects.
In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn:
- What is an MVP and why it’s useful.
- New ways of looking and exploring problems.
- Scope and define an MVP for a real-life example.
Location: We will host the workshop at the Wolt office in Kamppi, Helsinki at Arkadiankatu 6, 00100 Helsinki.
