How to configure Salesforce with code

Not all customer problems should be solved by configuration but by coding. In this second workshop, we will solve problems using code.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of JavaScript and you can use these skills outside of Salesforce as well. We will deepen your Salesforce knowledge and dive into the world of Lightning Web Components. This workshop will prepare you to work as Salesforce Developer and give you a deeper dive into coding and the tools used in this ecosystem.

In addition, you will hear briefly how Salla, Sakari, Gabriel and Elina have ended up in the Salesforce career.

In March, we held our first workshop, where we discussed customer experiences and solved a real business problem. The first workshop gave the basic knowledge and understanding to work as a Salesforce Consultant in the ecosystem.

Who can join

• You can participate even if you were not in the first workshop.
• You must have basic knowledge and understanding of coding.
• Big advantage if you know JavaScript.

The workshop is held in English. Preparation instructions are provided after registering for the event.

What will happen

We will deepen your salesforce knowledge and dive into the world of Lightning Web Components.

At the beginning of this workshop, we will introduce what Salesforce is and where you can use it. During the workshop, each participant gets to build a custom app, that consists of smaller components. These components are called Lightning Web Components, and they look like JavaScript.

This session will prepare you to work as a Salesforce developer and gives you a deeper dive into coding and the tools used in this ecosystem.

Breakfast is served from 8.30 am, and the workshop starts at 9.00 am. If you have allergies or something else we should know, please tell it in registration. The event catering will be ordered on 29.8.2023; any food allergies can be ensured before that.

NOTE! The number of participants in the event is limited, and registration is binding. If you cannot attend the event, consider others and remember to cancel your participation. No show means that you can’t participate in #MimmitKoodaa following workshops for half a year.
