I have been working in the industry for 20+ years in various roles but my main focus has always been in understanding the users, their context, needs and problems, and crafting possible solutions for getting their jobs done through digital channels. Long-term product development gives great opportunity to truly influence how product evolves, monitor the performance and iterate product according to user needs.

In SMF I lead the team of 8 designers main responsibilities being the design process and practices, the overall user experience of our products, supporting the designers and competence development in the company.
