What’s the secret to building products that customers truly love? In this session we’ll deep-dive into the behind the scenes of designing and building user-centric products together with different team members and stakeholders. We’ll discuss the end-to-end process of how designers together with the team identify needs for new features or design improvements and bring those to life.
In this session we’ll dive into the world of design. You’ll learn:

This session is great for both those who would like to explore design as a career path, but also for anyone who is looking to work in tech or product teams collaborating with designers.

Annu-Maaria Nivala is a Principal Designer at Wolt. She’s an experienced UX design and research professional with over 15 years of experience in designing and building digital products and services. She also holds a PhD from Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University) in computing science and usability research.
Apart from work, her passions are nature and sports and she loves studying beetles!
