Päivi Pietikäinen, Internal Communications Specialist
Communications professional, specializing in internal communications and employee engagement with +20 years of experience. Training, and coaching leaders in communicative leadership. Interested in photography, outdoor activities, sailing and swimming.
Raquel Aguiar Santos, Senior Security Specialist
Studied Telecommunication Engineering in Brazil. Since 2019 she works in Ericsson Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). Raquel thinks that hackathon gives you an opportunity to learn new things and make new friends.
Outi Väättänen, Lean and Agile Coach
Outi Väättänen is a senior Lean and Agile coach working in Ericsson R&D. Over the last 10 years, she has been supporting individuals, teams, communities, and organizations in their journey towards Lean, Agile, and beyond – supporting them to enable continuous flow, continuous change, continuous learning, continuous improvement, and continuous experimentation.
Luis Perez, Software Developer
Born in Spain, and studied Electrical Engineering in Madrid, Copenhagen, and Finland. During his last year of study, in 2014, Luis joined Ericsson as a trainee, and has been working as a Software Developer ever since. During this time, he has participated in several hackathons, which he thinks to have always been a blast. His best memories are of the internal hackathon organized to prepare our challenge for the Junction hackathon!
Antti Jaakkola, Technology Manager
A technology enthusiast working as Technology Manager at Ericsson Security Solutions unit, where he finds intersections of future customer needs and technology solutions to enable new business. He holds a M.Sc. (Tech) degree from Aalto University.
