About Mimmit koodaa Events

Mimmit koodaa (Women code) program and its events are designed for women and individuals who identify as non-binary.

With free events, we answer your questions and wishes. If you want to ask the speaker your questions in advance, you can email them to info@mimmitkoodaa.fi with the subject ”Mimmit koodaa event”. The facilitators will take the questions into account when preparing.

You can also submit requests for new content or ask questions by email to info@mimmitkoodaa.fi.

After our beginners session, we’ll host our next workshop around more advanced topics – but not too difficult In this course you’ll learn how to use existing services created by others to for example interpret what’s in your photo. You’ve probably seen the demos, ”How old am I?”, ”Dog or hotdog?” and various websites that use similar machine learning services to interpret contents of their catalog (= for example you could automatically tag images in an online catalog by color, item type etc.)
