Welcome to the autumn workshop!

In this event, you’ll get to try which kind of services and resources can be taken in AWS. This event is hosted by Amazon Web Services architects and experts – and consists of keynotes and practical exercises.

During the day, we’ll go through general services such as Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Block Storage (EBS), and Simple Storage Service (S3). Enrollees will get practice with using services in a safe environment and accounts which AWS will offer to them.

Basics of AWS cloud services or corresponding information in advance.

Subjects of the day

  • Welcome and introduction of the speakers.
  • Introduction of AWS cloud and overview of Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) service.
  • AWS accounts and logging-in accounts.
  • Practice: Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) – Linux service installation and configuration.
  • AWS saving solutions and features.
  • Practice: Simple Storage Service (S3) – Creation of Buckets, and possession of versioning and objects life cycle.
  • Basics of AWS online services and features.
  • Practice: Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) – Own VPC and firewall rules creating and customization.
  • Event’s ending and feedback.

Registration is binding: Everyone will order and be offered an AWS account.
