Build AI and Autonomous Agents with Salesforce

Whether you’re a newbie or already have some experience working with the Salesforce platform, this event will provide valuable insights and hands-on experience around AI and working with AI Agents.
We will start the morning with a delicious breakfast after which we’ll kick off the event with an introduction to Salesforce and set the stage with AI foundations. We’ll then explore how to define AI use cases and guide you through the process of building an AI Agent.
The workshop can accommodate 25 participants.
Pre-work
Before joining the event, you should to do these steps:
- Sign up for Trailhead: trailhead.salesforce.com.
- Do the following Trails:
- Salesforce Platform Basics: trailhead.salesforce.com (estimated 45 mins).
- Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals: trailhead.salesforce.com (estimated 10 mins).
Good to know
A registration form is required for the event to accommodate allergens or dietary requirements, for instance. Food and seats will be ordered based on registrations.
